Coach Raley

Coach Bryce joined the softball staff in the fall of 2022 after coaching one season at CAL. 

He worked alongside Head Coach Gina Renfro, who started the program in 2021, for the past two seasons before stepping into the head coaching role in the summer of 2024. 

He’s coached for 6 years at the travel level with River City Outlaws, Louisville Lady Sluggers and now runs the Louisville Liberty team. 

Our goal is to compete to win, have fun, and develop players. We strive for a proper balance of these 3 at all times. 

 

Coach Bryce is married to Ashley Raley, who also coaches various sports at CEC. He has 4 children who all have been or are currently enrolled at CEC. He’s the owner of The Marketing Squad for the past 17 years and attends Southeast Christian Church here in Louisville. 

Tryouts

CEC offers a competitive Varsity program playing many top level KHSAA, Homeschool and independent teams in the region. We also have a very development-minded JV program that played 14 games in 2024. There are hopes of adding middle school in the future as demand grows. 

Softball is open to all girls in Grades 9-12. Tryouts dates will be announced in January.  We also offer off-season workouts for the student athletes.
