Coaches

Head Coach: Jeff King

Jeff King has served as a pastor at Immanuel Baptist Church for the last 15 years and is currently Lead Community Discipleship Pastor. He came to Louisville from south Florida where he ran competitively from second grade through high school. He ran varsity in the 7th and 8th grades for Westminster Academy in Fort Lauderdale, winning State (1-A) each year.  He also ran varsity for Coral Springs High School in grades 9 and 10 and for Booker T Washington High School in grades 11 and 12. An unfortunate knee injury in 12th grade prevented him from running in college. Jeff had never coached but assisted while his daughters, Alexis and Rachel, ran for other teams.  He has now been our Cross Country coach for over 5 years.

Tryouts

Cross Country is open to all students. Cross Country tryouts are in July with meets from August to October.
