CEC was proud to have three talented students compete this year in the Optimist International Kentucky-West Virginia District oratorical contest on April 30, 2022. Noah Cook, Evan Mitchell and Natalie Smith all did a GREAT job on their speech! This contest included the winners from seven different clubs within the Kentucky-West Virginia district. The topic was “Staying Optimistic in Challenging Times.” Noah Cook placed second and was awarded a $1,500 college scholarship! Congratulations Noah, your CEC Family is proud of you!
