Graduated Cum Laude from Morehead State University with B.A. in Communications with emphasis in Advertising and Public Relations. Has served in corporate environments in various roles including: Senior Graphic Designer, Webmaster and Creative Director. Currently serving as a home-based Freelance Graphic Designer working with various industries. Has had the honor of using her gifts inside the church, the family business as well as in non-profit fundraising efforts. Art Director at a Christian camp for the past 9 years to elementary, middle school, and high school students. Currently teaching art to elementary and middle school students at Son’s and Daughter’s School. Owned Creative Interiors, designed and painted murals for commercial and residential clients including Johns Hopkins Hospital and Jewish Hospital. Gina Renfro has been an Educator for over 20 years. She received her Bachelors of Elementary Education from Indiana University in 2001 and Master of Science in Education in 2005. She is a published author and published the Kentuckiana Kids’ Choice News, distributed to 40,000 students monthly. She has over 20 years experience in small group and one-on-one tutoring. Gina has four children and has home educated since 2008. Her oldest is a CEC graduate. At CEC, she teaches Geometry & Math 6/5. Additionally, Gina serves as the Head Boys & Girls Basketball Coach as well as the Girls Fastpitch Softball Coach. Teaching at CEC since 2020.

Business & Career Development
Dr. David Snow is a former university professor of business and director of multiple academic
programs (entrepreneurship, innovation, business competitions, small business consulting). He
taught both undergraduate and MBA students. David specialized in the subjects of
entrepreneurship and strategy, but also taught leadership, ethics, management, and
organizational behavior. He won awards for teaching, research, and economic development. Dr.
Snow’s students have been awarded for their consulting engagements and have won over
$150,000 at regional, state, national, and international business plan competitions. Before
transitioning to academics, Dr. Snow spent twenty years in the healthcare industry. Teaching at CEC since 2022.

MS & HS Choir
Erin Whitaker began singing and playing instruments in her Bowling Green, Kentucky, elementary school and later learned the flute and bassoon in band. The most influential childhood musical experience she had was coming to Louisville to sing in the Kentucky Children’s Chorus in fifth grade. In addition to choir and band, she performed in musical theater and dance productions, and she attended Kentucky Governor’s School for the Arts in musical theater. After receiving a full presidential scholarship to Western Kentucky University, Erin toured Italy with the University Choir and earned the Potter College P-12 Scholar award. Erin has taught children of all ages in public, private, and homeschool groups, and she earned her Master’s Degree in music education while starting a family with her husband Seth.
