Drama & Theatre Production – High School Advanced

Drama focuses on the basic rudiments of theatre and acting. The HS Drama class is designed for the student who wants to learn the basic art of acting. Acting is exciting for the professional and amateur. With time and patience, proficiency can be obtained in the basics. The class will perform two theatrical productions, one Christmas themed at the end of Semester one and another play at the end of Semester two. Additional rehearsal time outside of class prior to each production is required. Second year students will take more of a leadership role in class which could include: set design, program design, lights/sound management and fund raising.
