Volleyball

CEC Volleyball is led by Coach Jeff Edds in his 7th year. The team fielded a Middle School, Freshman, JV and Varsity team in 2025. The team plays a balanced schedule annually against KHSAA opponents like Walden, Frankfort, Whitefield Academy, KCD, Portland Christian, Eastern and Jtown. They also play a few homeschool programs and multiple independent schools in the area.

Practices
Typically twice per week – Tuesdays and Thursdays at MidAmerica East; late afternoon / early evenings

Games
25 -30 matches per seasons including 3-4 tournaments: Home matches are played at Victory Baptist Church and are any day of week besides Sundays and Wednesdays
