A Letter from Our Director

As CEC celebrates its 25th year, we invite prospective students and their families to learn more about our unique educational approach. Our hybrid Christian school emphasizes both academic excellence and spiritual growth, offering a full spectrum of classes, sports, and clubs in partnership with parents. Attend our Open House on March 21st at Indiana Wesleyan University to meet our dedicated instructors and explore how CEC can be part of your child’s education journey. Applications are now open for the 2025-2026 school year.

New Student Application Process

New student enrollment begins at our annual Open House held in late March. See our calendar for the specific date.

Below is an overview of the process new families follow for admission. Please read the New Student Application Process document to see the specific steps to apply to CEC.

Investigate Classes

Before applying, ensure the classes that are of interest to you are grade appropriate and that the student has met all of the pre-requisites for the class.

Fill Out Application Form

Complete the New Student Application form in its entirety.

Sign Up for Testing

If enrolling in a Math class, follow the steps outlined on the Math Placement Testing page.

Pay Required Fees

Write checks for the Consortium Fee and Registration Fees for each class and turn in your registration packet to the school.

Application Accepted

Applicants are notified of acceptance via email once CEC has heard back from their references.

Returning Student Application Process

Enrollment for returning students begins the first week of March every school year. Follow CEC’s weekly announcement emails for details about the returning student application process.

Returning students should access registration packets for the upcoming school year through RenWeb. Login to RenWeb, click “School” in the left navigation then click “Resource Documents.” Here you will find the Returning Student Application, along with other helpful resources.

Scholarships

Through the generosity of our supporters, CEC is able to offer a limited number of need-based scholarships for students who qualify. Learn more about the scholarship process and requirements of recipients by downloading the Scholarship Application Form.
