With her she brought 25 years of graphic designing, 10 years of homeschooling, 8 years of office environment and 8 years of classroom environment experience. She and her husband, Steve, have been married for 19 years and have 4 children. They have been blessed by adding CEC to their homeschooling mix!

Mrs. Lloyd took over the duties of Renweb/IT Assistant in January 2023.  She has 20+ years of office experience and also teaches computer classes at CEC. BS in Education (cum laude) from Spalding University. Teaching in the classroom setting since 2002. Taught computers at the corporate level. Software consultant for 18 years. 17 years of home schooling experience. Certified to teach Computer Science through Code.org. Teaching at CEC since 2017.

B.A. Spanish & International Affairs with concentration in Central and South America, James Madison University. M.Ed. George Mason University. Studied a semester abroad at University of Salamanca, Spain. Homeschooler since 2000. Taught Spanish 1, 2, 3 in public school. Teaching Homeschoolers since 2002: Conversational Spanish, Spanish 1, 2, 3 & 4, History, Speech and Logic. Teaching at CEC since 2018.

Erin WhitakerAdministrative Assistant

Erin has worked with children of all ages in public, private, and homeschool groups, and holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in education. She and her husband, Seth, have two children and live on a farm, where he raises cattle with their extended family, and Erin does administrative work. She has also used those skills to help people in both small business and nonprofit work. She finds joy in  problem solving, using her eye for detail, and helping others.
