In May 2025, Grayson Hume, a 2022 graduate of CEC, was elected Student Body President at Harding University. He has served on the Student Government Association throughout his time at Harding, and it’s been one of the most rewarding parts of his college experience. As president, his mission is to make Harding better, one step at a time, with each step being available, achievable, and accountable. He has had the privilege of learning from several outstanding past presidents and strives to apply what they’ve taught him every day. He says he is “truly honored to serve in this role and excited for the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our campus community”.
